Our brokers know our client’s properties and are intimately familiar with the requirements and procedures of these properties through liaison with our management division. They can provide sellers with accurate, up-to-date appraisals and market information and advise on the best way to market their apartments. Our Brokerage Service is available solely to owners in the buildings we manage.

Many of our clients are interested in combining apartments for their growing families, while others are interested in scaling down to smaller space. We can help you make the transition. Our office receives daily inquiries in the quality properties we manage. If you are interested in making a change, we can help. Our Apartment Registry will help us make a match. There is no fee or commitment for joining our Registry and we are happy to co-broke with your broker.
