Management Transitions

We understand your concerns and the emotions involved in changing management. Our approach to transition is to do all we can, including extensive discussions with the board and prior management to address all your issues before the first file is delivered to our office. We will arrange for the transfer of all your records and files to us. Once they are in our care, we will put everything in an easy-to-find order. Our director of finance will review your financial data in order to organize and enter that data into our system. We will utilize our all-inclusive 160-point checklist to identify the status and requirements of every important item from individual tenant files to building mortgage files, tax payments, service contracts, and building-code compliance matters.

We will work very closely with you, your building staff and your third-party professionals (e.g., CPA, attorney, engineer) to develop our new relationship and invest the time required to get immediately up to speed to ensure a smooth transition.
